Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Sale items, hijabs, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at ohfartun@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
